China Workshop is a B2B professional annual conference for the tourism industry, rooted in France, radiating across Europe, and targeting the Chinese market. It consists of two parts: a tourism career exchange and negotiation meeting and a tourism career field trip. The project was planned by the French company ID Travel Pro in 2013, with the first event held in early 2014. It was suspended for three years due to the pandemic, and has been successfully held ten times as of 2026.
Since its inception, China Workshop has been building a precise bridge connecting tourism resource providers in France and Europe with Chinese tourism professionals worldwide. Exhibitors include high-quality resource providers such as city tourism bureaus, hotel groups, transportation companies, attractions, shopping malls and brands, catering companies, ground handling agencies, and high-tech product and service providers from various regions of France and Europe. Buyers come from Chinese travel agency representatives from mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, and various European countries.
For over a decade, China Workshop has remained committed to its original mission, focusing on resource suppliers and ground handling needs in France and the EU. It provides professional buyers in the Chinese travel industry with priority access, high-quality products, and preferential pricing. Through China Workshop, the upstream and downstream tourism markets achieve a win-win situation, transforming "traffic" into "retention," with participants consistently experiencing unique and surprising benefits. As Chinese people's travel habits and concepts evolve, the organization of China Workshop is constantly being optimized and improved. It connects more deeply with destination resource product service providers and more high-quality, high-end tourism professionals, achieving more efficient professional exchanges through more precise supply and demand matching. By organizing more immersive experiences to allow participants to experience the resource advantages and unique characteristics of major European tourist destinations firsthand, it guides the Chinese market towards more forward-looking European tourism product innovation, injecting vitality into business throughout the year.
China Workshop continues to explore more suitable upstream and downstream tourism markets between Europe and China, and promotes more pragmatic, effective, and interesting tourism professional exchanges and transactions.

Leveraging the unique cultural and tourism resources of southern France, the event will provide participants with a brand-new experiential environment and further explore new opportunities for cooperation in high-quality tourism resources in southern France.
The event is by appointment only, spanning two full days, featuring high-density, one-on-one, face-to-face communication and negotiations, interspersed with themed cultural and tourism product sharing sessions to increase opportunities for exposure. Beyond business matchmaking, it also provides industry content output, combining precise business negotiations with trend sharing to deepen the exchange between supply and demand sides and enhance the overall effectiveness of the event.
Extending professional exchanges from two offline days a year to a full year online eliminates time and space constraints, removes language barriers, and allows for online communication anytime, anywhere.
