China Workshop ("the Expo", "we", "us", "our") is an annual offline trade exhibition combining online registration with in-person, offline attendance, serving European and global travel suppliers, buyers, and travel-industry professionals; it is organized by ID TRAVEL PRO, SAS (registered address: 179, rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France). By registering an account on this website or completing registration for the Expo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (these "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not register for an account or register to attend. If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and these Terms will bind that company or organization accordingly.
Accounts on this website ("attendee accounts") are used to log in to this website and register for the Expo, and are by default separate from CW Club platform membership accounts (Supplier / Buyer): by default, an attendee account cannot be used to log in to the CW Club main platform. If, at registration, you choose to also apply for a CW Club platform membership role (Supplier or Buyer) as permitted by your selected identity, your account is upgraded accordingly and can then log in to the CW Club main platform. Conversely, if you already hold a CW Club platform account, you may use it directly to log in and register on this website. When registering, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information as required by your selected attendee identity (e.g. exhibitor, buyer representative, media, guest, visitor, etc.), including but not limited to company name, place of registration, business licence or trade registration documents, and on-site contact details, and keep such information updated when it changes. The registrant's name, email, and phone number are taken from the primary on-site contact you select from your saved contacts, and self-reported alternatives are not accepted. A single account may register for the same edition of the Expo multiple times under different attendee identities. If you choose, at registration, to also apply for a CW Club platform membership role (Supplier or Buyer), that application is processed separately under the CW Club platform's onboarding review rules, and its outcome does not affect the validity of this Expo registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activity under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
Registering for the Expo may involve fees, including but not limited to attendance/booth price items, hotel accommodation supplements, and add-on service fees; the specific items and amounts are as shown on the registration page. At this stage, this website does not offer online payment. Payment arrangements and invoicing for these fees will be communicated by the organizer or agreed offline with you. If you also apply for CW Club platform membership through your Expo registration, the associated annual membership fee is charged separately under the CW Club platform's membership rules, is not included in your Expo registration fee, and is not waived or discounted by virtue of attending this edition of the Expo.
Your electronic badge is your credential for admission to the Expo and is generated based on your active registration; if your registration is cancelled or not approved, your badge and corresponding right to attend are void accordingly. Please ensure that the on-site contact details you register are true, accurate, and reachable, so that you can receive registration confirmations, itinerary arrangements, and on-site notices in a timely manner; you are responsible for the consequences of any failure to receive such communications due to inaccurate contact information. While at the Expo venue, you must comply with the safety, order, and other rules of the organizer and the venue operator; you are responsible for any consequences arising from being asked to leave or being denied entry for violating such rules.
When using this website, you agree that you will not: ・Submit false or misleading identity, company, or contact information ・Register or use an account under a false identity ・Use the registration process or in-platform features for fraud, harassment, or other activity that violates applicable laws ・Scrape, copy, or bulk-export this website's data without authorization, or reverse-engineer or interfere with its normal operation ・Post content that infringes others' intellectual property or other lawful rights We may warn, restrict, cancel the registration of, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate the above rules, and may pursue legal liability in serious cases.
This website's software, interface design, trademarks, logos, and other identifiers belong to the organizer or its licensors and may not be used without written permission. Company materials, logos, documents, and other content you upload to this website remain your intellectual property. By uploading such content, you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to display and use it within the scope of the Expo (including on electronic badges, on-site materials, and event directories/guidebooks), which ends when you delete the content or close your account (except for reasonable caches or backups already made, and on-site materials already printed).
This website provides only online registration and information display services for the Expo; the in-person, on-site experience may be affected by the venue, weather, transportation, and other events beyond our control. If the Expo is postponed, changed, or cancelled due to force majeure or through no fault of ours, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from this. Disputes between attendees, or between an attendee and a third party (such as a venue operator or hotel), are to be resolved between the parties concerned themselves; we provide no guarantee and assume no joint liability, though we will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate.
You may contact our support team at any time to request cancellation of your registration or closure of your account; whether fees are refunded following a cancellation, and in what proportion, is as published on the registration page or otherwise notified by the organizer [specific refund rules to be confirmed]. After account closure, we will handle your personal information in accordance with the data retention rules described in our Privacy Policy. If you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent conduct, we may cancel your registration, suspend, or terminate your account without prior notice, and reserve the right to pursue corresponding legal liability.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Expo's arrangements or applicable law. Revised Terms will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Where a revision materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give reasonable additional notice (such as an in-app or email notification). Your continued use of this website after a revision is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using this website and may request cancellation of your registration or closure of your account.
The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law to be confirmed by the client/legal team, e.g. the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or the Republic of Singapore], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
